Welcome to Veez. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Veez mobile application and website at veez.app (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Muhammad Suleman, a sole proprietor located at Frances Street, South Wentworthville, NSW 2145, Australia (“Veez”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service facilitates connections between users for sports activities. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from matches or events. You acknowledge that:
Users may create and join sports events through the Service. By participating in events, you acknowledge that:
Veez offers optional premium features through paid auto-renewing subscriptions (“Veez Premium”). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price displayed on the paywall within the app. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing subscriptions in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice through the app or by email. Continued use of the subscription after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If you obtain the Veez app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Veez only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. You agree to comply with, and your licence to use the Service is conditioned on your compliance with, all applicable third-party terms of agreement (e.g., the Apple Media Services Terms) when using the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
The Service, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Muhammad Suleman (operator of Veez) and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VEEZ AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR AUD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, RIGHT OR REMEDY YOU MAY HAVE UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW THAT CANNOT BE LAWFULLY EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammad Suleman (operator of Veez) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights you have in your country of residence, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
