Whether you want to find a tennis partner, join a pickup basketball game, or meet running buddies, Veez connects you with the right people based on skill level, location, and availability.

Yes! Veez is free to download and use. You can create a profile, browse potential matches, join group events, and chat with your matches—all for free. We offer a premium subscription called Veez Pro with additional features like unlimited swipes, advanced filters, see who liked you, and priority matching. But the core experience is completely free.

Currently, Veez supports Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Running, Cycling, Golf, Swimming, Padel, Volleyball, Badminton, Pickleball, and Football. We're constantly adding more sports based on user feedback. If your favorite sport isn't listed, let us know through the app and we'll prioritize adding it!

Veez is available worldwide! You can download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The experience works best in areas with more users, so we encourage you to invite your sports-loving friends to join. The more people in your area, the easier it is to find matches.

Similar to dating apps, Veez uses a swipe-based matching system. You'll see profiles of potential sports partners nearby. Swipe right if you'd like to play with them, left if not. When two people swipe right on each other, it's a match! You can then chat and coordinate your first game. Our algorithm considers your skill level, preferred sports, location, and availability to show you the most compatible matches.

When you create your profile, you rate your skill level for each sport you play. The levels are Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert. Our algorithm then matches you with players at similar skill levels, so you always have competitive, enjoyable games. After playing together, you can leave reviews that help verify and refine skill ratings over time.

Group Events are organized sports activities that anyone can create or join. Think pickup basketball games, group runs, tennis round-robins, or soccer matches. When you create an event, you set the sport, location, time, skill level required, and maximum participants. Others can browse and join events in their area. It's perfect for team sports or when you want to meet multiple players at once.

The VEEZ Score is our gamified points system that rewards active participation. You earn points for activities like completing your profile, matching with players, attending events, leaving reviews, and more. Your score appears on leaderboards (local and global), and top scorers earn badges and recognition. It's a fun way to stay motivated and see how active you are in the community.

Absolutely. We take data privacy very seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your data to third parties. Your exact location is never shared—only your general area is shown to potential matches. You control what information appears on your public profile. Safety is a top priority at Veez. We have several measures in place: Profile verification helps confirm identity. The review and rating system lets you see others' reputation before matching. You can report and block inappropriate users, and our team investigates all reports. We recommend meeting in public places for first games, and you can share your location with friends when meeting new players.

Yes. If you encounter any inappropriate behavior, you can report the user directly from their profile or from your chat conversation. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior.

Yes. You can pause your profile at any time from Settings. When paused, you won't appear in search results or be shown to potential matches. Your existing matches and conversations will be preserved. You can unpause whenever you're ready to start playing again. You can also delete your account entirely if you prefer, which removes all your data from our systems.

Veez Pro is our premium subscription that unlocks additional features: Unlimited swipes (free users have a daily limit), advanced filters (filter by specific times, venues, and more), see who liked you before matching, priority in search results, exclusive badges, and ad-free experience. It's perfect for serious athletes who want to maximize their playing opportunities.

Veez Pro is available in monthly ($9.99/month), quarterly ($7.99/month billed quarterly), and annual ($4.99/month billed annually) plans. Prices may vary by region. We occasionally run promotions with discounted rates. You can start with a 7-day free trial to experience all Pro features before committing.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your Pro benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription in the app, or manage your subscription through the App Store/Google Play. We don't charge cancellation fees. If you're not satisfied, you can also contact us for a refund within the first 7 days.

A few things can help: Complete your profile fully (profiles with photos and detailed information get more matches). Expand your distance radius to see more players. Add more sports to your profile. Set your availability accurately. And remember, matching requires both parties to swipe right, so the more you swipe, the more chances for matches. If Veez is new in your area, invite friends to join!

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a Veez password—just use those services to log in.

First, make sure you have the latest version of Veez installed. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If issues persist, try restarting your phone. If the problem continues, please contact us at support@veez.app with details about your device and the issue, and we'll help you troubleshoot.

We're sad to see you go! To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. You'll be asked to confirm. Account deletion is permanent—all your data, matches, messages, and VEEZ Score will be removed and cannot be recovered. If you just need a break, consider pausing your profile instead.
